The national aviation authorities have the right to add, delete or amend any questions without giving any notice, and when we hear about them through your feedback, we upload them to the site as soon as possible.
There is no right or wrong way of studying. Each person has his or her own method and you should find the best way for yourself.
We cannot stress strongly enough that rote-learning of answers to ATPL OnTrack questions is not the way to pass exams. We are striving to provide you with in-depth explanations that will support your studies - read the explanations thoroughly and if you do not feel it provides you with the information you need, contact us via the public comments and one of our expert instructors will contact you.
The learning objectives (LOs) in the ATPL OnTrack question bank database have been matched as closely as possible to the EASA LOs. This has allowed us to provide you with a search facility down to LO sub-topic level, a feature not found on other question banks.
You can take a practice exam which will be as close as possible to the actual exam, remembering that, while we have written the question selection algorithms in the same style as the actual exams, the question selection is random for each exam.
You can choose to view the answers during or after the test - that is one of the many options open to you.
We do not recommend limiting the number of times you view a question, as repeat exposure will aid learning provided you work through the question each time to ensure you fully understand the solution. But if you do not want to see the same questions again you can select this filter when creating custom tests or exams.
The system saves any completed test that you do. The graph will show the latest 30 tests on the Analysis page. On the dashboard, you need to have completed at least 5 tests before a chart will show, and will be limited to the last 10 completed tests across all subjects.

Our website is now monitored throughout the world and any drop in performance is now notified to us immediately. If it is not something we can fix immediately we will send you an email and give you an estimated time for it to be fixed. Clearly we would like zero down time but sometimes servers do go down and we want to assure you that we will always try to get the problem fixed and back working again as soon as possible.
General changes to the content of our website take place regularly and you should not notice any down time at all as these changes are uploaded. However, major Windows Server updates need to occur occasionally and these will always take place on the second Wednesday of every month between 0600 and 0700 GMT. These essential updates could mean that the site may be unavailable during this period.
We welcome all feedback from our subscribers. If you have spotted anything that hampers your study or you have thought of something that could be beneficial to you or other students, then get in touch with us by using the Report Issue feature in your profile.

Take control of your dashboard! You are able to reposition, and enable/disable the following widgets:
Welcome to the community for revision cards (OnTrack Notes™). You can design your own revision cards to study from, or have a browse at the revision cards created by other users. Revision cards will be filtered by both subject and topic, allowing you to stay organised.
As the votes on OnTrack Notes™ revision cards increase, we will 'feature' the best cards to be at the top of the list. You should create the best 'keywords' you can, so that other users have a better chance of finding your cards.
Make your cards public, for other users to vote on. The more votes you get, the higher up the leaderboard you go.
Leaderboard points means prizes! There is no exception here; every month we award the user with the most votes a prize worth £50, with second and third places receiving £25 and £10! Start creating your OnTrack Notes™ revision cards now!
Use 'keywords' to allow us to automatically find questions related to the content on your revision card. You can take a practice session based on the questions we find.
The better the 'keywords' you suggest for your revision card, the better the test OnTrack Notes™ generates.
We suggest you supply common 'keywords' that others are likely to know, and search on. The better the keywords, the better the automated test, the more users enjoy your cards, and the higher number of votes you receive.
If you are one of the lucky winners, we will contact you via e-mail with details of your prize.
No. You can only vote on the OnTrack Notes™ created by other subscribers. Also, you can only vote once on any one card.
We want to keep the list small. The top 10 users will be displayed, and if you are not in the top 10, your data will be displayed below.
The leaderboard adjusts on a daily basis, but the prizes are based on the top three places at midnight (UK time) on the last calendar day of the month.
The totals are based on the number of points gained in the previous month and not a cumulative total, thus ensuring that everyone gets an equal chance of winning prizes based on their efforts in that month alone.
